• Calculator inputs: clinic website URL, medical specialty, monthly marketing spend, average revenue per patient, staff count, and practice city.
• Contact information: your first name and email address (collected at the report delivery stage).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — collected automatically via server logs.
• Scraped public data: we may automatically retrieve publicly available information from your clinic website (business name, phone number) to personalise your report.

We do not collect patient health records, Medicare information, or any Protected Health Information (PHI).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your personalised revenue leak report.
• To follow up with relevant information about Sytoso services (you may opt out at any time).
• To improve the accuracy of our benchmarking data.

4. HIPAA Compliance

The Revenue Leak Calculator is designed for business operations analysis and does not process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). 5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit and access controls limiting who can view your data within Sytoso.

6. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Resend — email delivery service, for sending your report.
• Supabase — database infrastructure provider.
• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery platform.

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
